Patterson, William of Crown Point, Charlotte Co.

Memorial New Carlisle 1786. Before the war he farmed in partnership with Hugh White, since deceased, in Canada; both served as Army guides in 1777. On 12 November 1777 the claimant and his family were seized and he was unable to return to Quebec until July 1779.

Claim for 200 acres and a house; carpenter's tools plundered at Ticonderoga.
